Bistik Ayam

(in Indonesian)
Bahan - bahan :
2 potong fillet ayam 
1 buah Bawang Bombay 
1 buah Tomat 1 
1/2 sdm Mentega 
1 sdm arak masak / angciu 
1 sdm Saus Tomat
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica
1/4 sdt pala
1/2 sdt maizena
Gula ( jika perlu, saya tidak pakai karena kecap manis yang saya gunakan sudah sangat manis )

Pelengkap :
French fries
Wortel
Buncis
Kacang polong

Cara memasak :

1. Potong fillet ayam tipis-tipis agak memanjang
2. Siapkan mangkok campur kecap manis, garam , merica, bubuk pala
3. Campurkan daging ayam tadi ke dalam mangkok , aduk-aduk hingga semua bagian terendam. Tambahkan maizena , kemudian aduk kembali. Diamkan atau simpan di lemari es selama 20 menit supaya bumbu meresap
4. Sambil menunggu ayam siap, siapkan bahan pelengkap ( rebus wortel, buncis, polong dan goreng kentang )
5. Siapkan teflon panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay
6. Setelah bawang wangi masukkan ayam yang sudah direndam aduk-aduk terus sambil tambahkan air yang sudah dicampur dengan angciu. Minyak jangan terlalu besar, supaya ayam tidak gosong dan bumbu meresap
7. Tambahkan tomat dan saus tomat , sedikit kecap, garam, merica dan pala ke air. Cicipi sampai pas dengan selera Anda.
8. Sajikan dengan french fries, wortel, buncis dan kacang polong.

Materials :
2 chicken fillets
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 tbsp margarine
1 tsp chinese red wine (or known as hongjiu in mandarin)
1 sp tomato sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1/2 tsp maizena
sugar (you can and also can't use it, it is based on your taste)

Sides :
french fries/carrots/corn/beans

Method :
1. Cut thinly the chicken fillet
2. Prepare an empty bowl, put in the sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
3. Mix in the fillet in the bowl, stir in until all of the sides are covered. Add maizena, stir again. Put it aside or store it in the fridg for 20 mins until it really absorbed the sauce. 
4. While waiting on the chicken, boil the sides
5. Melt the margarine on the pan, and sautee the onion
6. When it smells good already, stir in the chicken while adding water that has been added by the chinese red wine. Avoid getting the heat too high to prevent the chicken burned and to make sure the chicken infiltrated with the sauce.
7. Add in tomato and tomato sauce, a little bit of sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in the water based on your taste
8. Present it with the sides


Vie's Result :

Vie's Notes : it should be darker in color. But I'm no really a fan of sweet soy sauce, so that's why I didn't add much. I was already happy with the way it was.
